The continuous changes in the environment influence companies, generating needs for redefining and devising new strategies such as, for example, strategies for information and knowledge management. To sustain this fact, the analysis in this case study focuses on the temporary services industry and acknowledges the adaptability of these kinds of companies considering their quality of being strategic partners to their clients. This study allows concluding that human talent and, particularly, intellectual capital are outstanding determining factors in accomplishing objectives that differ a company in terms of quality, effectiveness, service, and positioning. Organizations should focus on both knowledge management and on the imperative of managing information as a truly valuable asset of a company.
