Abstract

Digital Express reflects the situation of a family business which, like many others, has grown based on its founding owner´s strengths and vision. Despite its growth, the administrative structure of the company has not adjusted to the situation of the new markets it serves and its customer´s requirements. Digital Express shows a lowly productive situation that family businesses face when, unaware of the growth their company is achieving, business owners continue to centralize all power, thereby performing tasks in all the areas themselves.
