This article explores the processes of educational inclusion of students with visual disabilities or neurodiversity at Universidad Icesi. In this way, the Policies of Equal Treatment and the Policies of Inclusion education, are analyzed through the pedagogical experiences taken so far on the university campus. It is important to clarify that the above guidelines cover much broader spectrums such as economic, ethnic, gender, migrant population. It is through this review that a continuous transformation is identified in the learning and monitoring carried out by different centers of the institution, which contribute much value for a meaningful inclusion process. Thus, the main purpose of this article is to identify whether it is possible to contribute to the construction of an environment of equal opportunities for all in the academic scenario, based on national and international regulatory aspects that protect the rights to education and ensure respect for diversity.
