Network theory: key issues for the analysis of the "brain drain"

This paper offers an analysis of the brain drain from the perspective of the network theory. Some definitions and key concepts of the network theory have been discussed in relation to criteria and reasons that are taken into account by people with broad educational capital from developing countries who are involved in the research in different areas of knowledge and who seek to adapt to other scientific collaboration networks in the developed countries.
