Resumo

Inovação e rendimento: relação mediada através da orientação à aprendizagem e ao mercado em empresas mexicanasResumoA inovação é a estratégia das empresas para a criação de valor, melhoria da competitividade e desenvolvimento sustentável. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar a influência da inovação no rendimento ante a mediação da orientação à aprendizagem e ao mercado. Foi realizado um estudo explicativo quantitativo de uma amostra de 71 empresas mexicanas com modelagem de equações estruturais, que testou a influência da inovação no rendimento, a orientação à aprendizagem e a ao mercado. Além disso, revelou uma influência significativa  da  inovação  no  rendimento  através  da  mediação  da  orientação  à  aprendizagem  e  ao  mercado.  Assim,  a  inovação  é  destacada como um fator primordial que permeia o rendimento para vislumbrar melhores condições e expectativas empresariais.
