Efeito da incerteza nas organizações do mercado de ações: uma ferramenta para tomada de decisão e inteligencia organizacional

Este artigo tem como objetivo medir o efeito da incerteza nas organizações do mercado de ações colombiano, usando informação financeira como os preços das matérias-primas energéticas e a taxa de câmbio, a fim de aumentar a inteligência organizacional para a tomada de decisões. O modelo FAVAR e a mensuração de transbordamento financeiro utilizaram-se para analisar os impactos e a volatilidade direcional do índice IMIFE, que é uma proxy de incerteza. Verifica-se que a incerteza afeta negativamente o crescimento do valor das ações colombianas, gerando impactos significativos de mais de 90% em tempos de alta incerteza, o que permite decisões de gestão, tanto estratégicas quanto financeiras.
