O efeito da liderança ética na criatividade dos empregados: uma revisão do estado da pesquisa

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta uma revisão da literatura e do estado da pesquisa sobre a relação entre a liderança ética e a criatividade no trabalho. A metodologia envolveu a busca, organização, seleção e análise de artigos incluídos nas bases de dados EBSCO, Web of Science e Scopus. As características dos estudos, instrumentos de avaliação, teorias de apoio e principais resultados são descritos, e as perspectivas de pesquisa são discutidas. A partir das descobertas relatadas, concluise que as práticas de liderança ética nas organizações têm um efeito favorável sobre a criatividade dos trabalhadores. Esta revisão serve como uma contribuição para estudos futuros e como um apoio para apontar a importância da tomada de decisões éticas como um fator gerador de comportamento criativo.
