eWOM nos tempos de COVID-19: uma análise empírica das marcas colombianas no Facebook

Analisaram-se os efeitos das diferentes estratégias de mensagens relacionadas ao COVID-19 na geração de eWOM; ou seja, se as publicações referentes à pandemia recebem maior participação dos usuários das redes sociais na Colômbia. Foram revisados 562 posts da empresa no Facebook, dos quais 382 foram submetidos ao modelo de regressão binomial negativa. Nenhuma estratégia de mensagem relacionada ao COVID-19 foi encontrada para afetar a taxa de comentários e identificou-se a influência de diferentes tipos de conteúdo nas reações e no conteúdo compartilhado. Conclui-se que as redes sociais são cenários de recreação e entretenimento; portanto, o conteúdo informativo não gera impactos no volume de comentários, reações ou conteúdo compartilhado.
