Os papéis dos centros corporativos nas empresas multinegócios colombianas

Empresas multinegócios são administradas a partir de centros corporativos para gerar novo valor e reduzir custos. É provável que a escassez de informações na literatura acadêmica sobre o funcionamento dos centros corporativos se deva à dificuldade de acesso às empresas.Portanto, este texto propõe um quadro de análise sobre os papéis corporativos que integra à literatura acadêmica e de consultoria. Esse quadro foi contrastado com os resultados de uma pesquisa qualitativa em 21 empresas multinegócios colombianas e foi orientado pela pergunta: quais são os papéis desempenhados pelos centros corporativos de uma empresa multinegócios? As evidencias complementam a literatura sobre os papéis dos centros corporativos, pois integra as funções, o tipo de controle e o grau de autonomia e questiona a tipologia apresentada
