UM ESTUDO DE CASOS DE SUCESSO DAS PMEs NA COLÔMBIA: O CASO DO SETOR DA SAÚDE (publicado em espanhol)

O objetivo principal do estudo é identificar e analisar os fatores que determinam o sucesso entre as PMEs na Colômbia, tanto no que se refere aos fatores internos como aos externos, tomando como marco teórico de referência da Teoria de Recursos e Capacidades e a Teoria Económica Institucional. Foi realizado um estudo qualitativo aprofundado na análise de quatro empresas colombianas. Os resultados mais relevantes indicam que os fatores que determinaram o sucesso dessas PMEs são o conhecimento e a experiencia do empresário, a reputação e o prestígio da empresa, as medidas de apoio e a especialização da indústria e a influência da comunidade em que desenvolvem a sua atividade.
