Aspectos sociodemográficos, familiares e de Intenção Empreendedora em estudantes de mestrado em administração na Colômbia

Resumo

Dado que os determinantes na Intenção Empreendedora (IE) em jovens não têm sido esclarecidos, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a incidência de fatores sociodemográficos e familiares nas iniciativas empresariais de uma amostra de 485 alunos de mes­trado em administração na Colômbia. A análise probalística foi realizada por meio de modelos de regressão logística para cada um dos grupos de variáveis. Os principais resultados indicam que o Logit possui maior capacidade explicativa no grupo de fatores socio­demográficos; em particular, a presença de amigos empresários aumenta a capacidade de desenvolver o IE em comparação com as outras variáveis analisadas.
