Aspectos sociodemográficos, familiares e de Intenção Empreendedora em estudantes de mestrado em administração na Colômbia

Dado que os determinantes na Intenção Empreendedora (IE) em jovens não têm sido esclarecidos, este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a incidência de fatores sociodemográficos e familiares nas iniciativas empresariais de uma amostra de 485 alunos de mestrado em administração na Colômbia. A análise probalística foi realizada por meio de modelos de regressão logística para cada um dos grupos de variáveis. Os principais resultados indicam que o Logit possui maior capacidade explicativa no grupo de fatores sociodemográficos; em particular, a presença de amigos empresários aumenta a capacidade de desenvolver o IE em comparação com as outras variáveis analisadas.
