MODELO DE ASIGNACIÓN DE COMPRAS A PROVEEDORES CONSIDERANDO SU FLEXIBILIDAD Y PROBABILIDAD DE INCUMPLIMIENTO EN LA ENTREGA

La selección de proveedores es un proceso trascendental en la gestión de la cadena de suministroy en la competitividad empresarial. Este trabajo presenta un modelo de decisión que optimizala asignación de la demanda a un grupo de proveedores, considerando las pérdidas esperadasdebido a incumplimientos, costos de compra, costos imprevistos por faltas en las entregas desuministros y el costo de gestión de un conjunto de proveedores. Un análisis de experimentosy de sensibilidad es implementado para estudiar el comportamiento del modelo con respectoa parámetros clave. Los resultados comprueban que el modelo es sensible a estos parámetrosy demuestra la utilidad del modelo para los responsables de la toma de decisiones en esta área.
