Gestión estratégica de tecnologías de información y comunicación y adopción del comercio electrónico en Mipymes de Córdoba, Argentina

Este trabajo analiza los factores causales del nivel de adopción de comercio electrónico (ACE) en las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (Mipymes). En el marco de la teoría de la contingencia, se elabora un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales en el cual se asigna un rol mediador a la variable «estrategias y sistemas de control de gestión de tecnologías de información y comunicación». El estudio emplea una muestra de 139 Mipymes de Córdoba (Argentina). Los resultados muestran que la variable mediadora influye positivamente en la ACE y, por lo tanto, en el desempeño organizacional. A su vez, el nivel de aptitud digital de la empresa influye tanto de forma indirecta como directa en la ACE.
