The present research took the information of 17 family business to plan a methodology that explore the value of family relationship between owner family business, with the objective of diagnostic witch variables are the ones that affects the relationship between members of the family group in business environment and work on them to benefit the system familybusiness. The model works with two groups of variables. One group is the alpha variables (α), this are related with the business and can affect the family relationship. Other group are the beta variables (β), they represent the relation between a member and other or others and can affect the family relationship.
