Abstract

This case presents, in a simple way, the analysis of a very common problem of the Colombian small business, early in the 2000´s, the poor firm capacity for financing the net working capital, taken the study on a local import trade firm. Solution employs creativity, strategy, marketing and TIR analysis. This last financial analysis focuses on the trade credit conditions in order to optimize the custom credit policy.
