Análisis de la implementación de programas de gestión del conocimientoen las empresas chilenas

La gestión del conocimiento es una nueva disciplina que facilita la creación, el almacenamiento, la transfe-rencia y la aplicación de conocimientos en las organizaciones. En el caso de Chile no existe ningún estudioque aborde el estado de implementación de la gestión del conocimiento en las empresas y las dificulta-des para desarrollar estos programas. Este trabajo busca explorar el estado general de la implantaciónde estos programas en Chile y cuáles son las principales dificultades para desarrollarlos. Se identificaron6 problemas principales para la adopción e implementación de programas de gestión del conocimiento,y se determina que si bien la gestión del conocimiento es conocida y valorada en las empresas chilenas,su adopción todavía es muy baja.Downloads
