In this paper several models for the operation analysis and diagnosis of teams are presented. These models will be quite helpful to determine the effectiveness of the performance of the team and also for the design stages of a new one. Three types of models are discribed. The Hackmans model, the traditional and the 3P, 3C models. The models will very useful to improve team performance, or to enhance its development, once the conditions impeding its operation are well understood.
