O impacto econômico potencial da pandemia COVID-19 nas regiões argentinas e seus padrões de produção setoriais no período de abril a junho de 2020

Este artigo teve como objetivo construir um índice de impacto econômico da COVID-19 para analisar o impacto potencial da pandemia e as medidas de isolamento entre setores e regiões da Argentina, durante o trimestre de maior recessão do país, abril-junho de 2020. Levando em consideração a estrutura produtiva setorial das regiões, o grau de operabilidade de cada setor, a mobilidade da mão-de-obra a nível regional e o potencial de teletrabalho nos diferentes setores, mostra-se que a pandemia teve um impacto desigual entre as regiões e que a especialização do setor perfil é um fator explicativo relevante. Perfis de turismo, extrativismo e indústrias pesadas têm sido muito mais afetados do que agroindustriais e manufaturas leves.
