Based on the design of a project, this case study illustrates the challenges and decisions faced by a Colombian company in the process of pursuing new markets. This process could call for a dramatic change in the operations of the company, which would then have to move from being an exclusively commercial company to becoming a manufacturing company also, thereby keeping its main product and conducting a vertical integration.Downloads
